KP-2202A Kenwood
The first thing you notice about this turntable is the unusual tone arm design; despite being an early budget turntable in the Kenwood stable they still wanted to keep the distinctive unusual tone arm giving style to a turntable that otherwise would look like any other. This basic belt drive performs very well, simplicity gives it an edge, there is very little tot go wrong and it's well made and sounds excellent. The tonearm handles a wide range of cartridges, tracks well, so there seems to be a practical side to the unusual looks.
The deck sounds very good.
